Return transport from Kyiv, shared accommodation for the nights listed on the trip board, and the coordinator share. Travel insurance and personal spending are separate. Each line is shown on the cost breakdown so you can check the sum yourself.
A coordinator rides the same transport, checks the group in at the camp or hostel, and stays for the nights on the trip board. Their share is a line in the per-person price. The trip is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the festival.
Cancel more than 21 days before departure and the transport and stay portions are refunded in full, minus any amount the carrier or hostel has already closed. Inside 21 days those same portions are refundable only if we refill your seat. The coordinator share is non-refundable once a group is locked.
Each traveller gets a separate payment link tied to their own name and seat. Deposit holds a place for 72 hours; if it is not paid the seat returns to Open. Nobody pays on behalf of another traveller, so refunds stay simple.
Travellers must be 18 or older on the departure date. Anyone under 18 travels only with a signed guardian consent form sent to contact@xesnorix.com before the seat is confirmed. Border officers may still ask for the original document.

Send your festival, dates and head count and xesnorix.com replies with a written deposit hold: what the per-person price includes, what it excludes, and the exact payment processing share. Seats are held by deposit only. Status labels stay factual, Open, Deposit hold or Closed, with no countdown pressure.
